Flowers
Ahh… those flowers!
Starting with agapanthus! I remember when I was living in England, I did my very best to grow some in my tiny back garden. But to no avail. Whatever I did they just did not flourish.
Now I live in New Zealand grow everywhere! In fact, they are considered weeds by some unappreciative people.
I was especially thrilled when one appeared out of nowhere in my garden. The blue violet flower heads are in abundance throughout the summer months which is a good job as it took me a long time to perfect my technique with these blooms that would nod and dance in even the slightest breeze.
But I finally managed to capture these images that I feel epitomise these delicate, vibrant flowers that will forever make me think of summer. ICM for the win!
And resting amongst these beauties are other blooms I have managed to capture both blurred and sharp.
Ain’t nature just grand!?!
